Please can you help with the Chi-Square test?

In the crosstabs do I run with TV Hours and Happy in the columns and Sex(1 male, 2 Female) rows? I did that and came up with the Sex*TVhours p value .840 (greater than a level .05) and Sex*Happy p value .175 (also, greeter than a level .05). I'm just really confused with the "negatively related" ?
