The team leader will collect pre- and post-data using the MUSE tool. The data will be submitted to a statistician for analysis. Participation and compliance data will be analyzed using a paired t-test to evaluate the impact of motivational interviewing (MI) on self-medication practices and self-efficacy. The comparison of pre- and post-intervention data will directly answer the practice question and determine the success of the practice change project
