The theories highlighted in the readings this week represent emerging approaches to leadership, some of which are growing in popularity among researchers and in organizations. Select two theories and:

• Discuss at least one strength and one weakness of these theories.
• Explain your experiences with the type of leadership or where you have observed this type of leadership in practice.
• Compare and contrast the two theories you have selected based on their strengths and weaknesses. Is there one that you would use over the other in response to the observed situation? Justify your response.
