The theory that Tuckman described that we first used was the forming. During our topics we would speak about ourselves and then we would have everyone in our group begin to speak about their life experiences. During the storming stage of our group since we were comfortable, we let our peers know our concerns. In the norming stages we all knew each other and understood our specific topics and responsibilities. During the performing stage of our group work as the group leaders in the topics we didn't disrupt our peers while they were speaking. We all listened and then we would ask questions. In the adjourning or mourning stage, we spoke about very sad moments in our lives. Some of our peers cried and we asked questions on how they overcame our trials and tribulations in life. We enjoyed getting to know each other and learn from others life experiences. We had experienced in the topics when we were children and how our parents were. Now that we are adults how we have changed the bad behaviors our parents did and are. We are now parents and we are trying to become better parents and knowing how to love, acknowledge or know our behaviors.
