That said, Minnie gave a $5,000 advance to Bill two month prior their face-to-face conversation but upcoming change of events unfold as the reunion was relocated at Bridget's 4,400 square foot home which initiated the transfer of the original contract from Minnie to Bridget. Unfortunately. I seen that the video included a lot of miscommunication among the people involved. That being said. the original contract was transfer from BilllMinnie to County Wide PainterslBridget since Bill's painting company was fully booked with contract jobs. Nevertheless, since $5,000 was already paid to Bill for Minnie's 3,600 square foot home so this created a discrepancy since Bridget's home is 4,400 sqft so $5,000 does not fully cover the job.
