Choose a business or community project topic in which you are interested and have knowledge to make it easier for you to complete the assignments. The project should involve sociocultural differences to some extent to reflect how projects in real life can use the strengths of the differences for improved project outcomes, as well as to resolve any conflict due to these differences. Involves multiple departmental organizations and professional staff members 4. Does something unique, not having been done before 5. Justifies a traditional or waterfall methodology 6. A defined work breakdown structure (WBS), budget, and quality and performance requirements
