In the "full-service" airline model, passengers expect free baggage, meal, seat selection...etc. The FSA's current practice is to compete with the rise of LCCs, but at the same time, the passengers may find it challenging to differentiate between the FSA and LCC. I'm afraid I have to disagree with the current trend because it contradicts the FSA business model image. However, the airlines worldwide are doing what is best for the company
