The finance charge is 6% of the loan; the cashis received and the accounts turned over to Crosby Financiat. 3. The compamy wants to maintain Allowance for Doubtful Accounts at 5% of gross accounts receivable. 4. Based on an aging analysis, an allowance of $5.318 should be reported. Assume the allowance has a credit balance of $1,175. (If no entry is required, select "No Entry" for the account titles and enter 0 for the amounts. Credit account titles are automatically indented when the amount is entered. Do not indent manually. List all debit entries before credit entries
