The trial court erred in determining Ms. Hall is guilty. The evidence that was collectedand provided to the court by the state was collected without a warrant or approval from Ms. Hall,which is illegal. Therefore, this evidence should have been inadmissible in trial. Due to therebeing no other evidence that Ms. Hall has committed any crimes, there is no legal validity for thedetainment of Ms. Hall
