The Twenty-One Club

FACTS:

Chris is a masseuse, who schedules appointments with clients by sitting nude on a bar stool near the front bay window of the Twenty-One Club. The window was broken after someone threw a brick through it, so Chris hires All Windows to replace the window with bulletproof glass and enlarge the window opening so that prospective clients will have a "better" view. Both parties sign the agreement, and the window replacement job is started within 48 hours. All Windows is aware of the club's business model and profitable revenue stream because the club's owner posted its most recent fiscal year on social media. All Windows finishes the job on time, at which point, Chris refuses to pay, claiming that the contract is unenforceable.
