The ULSC student society at the university of namibia procures the services of Jaymie, an upcoming artist to sing at their annual gala dinner for the year 2018.  In terms of the agreement Jamey would be paid N$2000 for each on of her songs that would be performed.  The society sold 300 tickets to students and staff members within the university, the event was therefore well-attended.  On the day of the event, she signs two original songs as well as Sally's share my love for which she received a standing ovation.  In the audience that day was Sally's cousin May who is your friend.  Knowing that you are a 4th year law student enrolled for the Law of Intellectual Property module, she approaches you to enquire whether the performance did not constitute an infringement of Sally's rights.
