We would like you to consider the financial impacts on the Sector and what opportunities might be available to Universities in Australia to remain profitable. The intention of the project is for you to investigate strategies that businesses can use to immediately impact their revenue and expenses for short term results as well as considering longer term strategies. Short Term refers to the current financial year For Universities in Australia this is the calendar year of Jan 2020 to Dec 2020. Medium to Long Term lets focus on the next 2 years being 2021 & 2022.
