The U.S. health care or medical costs, closing toare much higher than any other countries in the world. According to CMS.gov, the national expenditure continues to grow, showing that$11,582 per person, and accounted for 17.7% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2019. Yet, many people feel that the U.S. health care system is not the best one among developed countries. Rather, it may be worse than other OECD countries in its quality and error-less system.

So, how can it be possible to lower medical costs/charges while maintaining or improving the quality of the health care?
