The US Real Estate Data (AK, ID, PA, MS, TX) data set contains the prices and other attributes of various real estate properties in the US states of Alaska, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Mississippi and Texas. Your job (with the help of Excel) is to analyze the relationship between the price variable (given in US dollars) and the square footage variable. You only need to consider the data for ONE state.
