The US Real Estate Data (AK, ID, PA, MS, TX) data set contains the prices and other attributes of various real estate properties in the US states of Alaska, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Mississippi and Texas. Your job (with the help of Excel) is to analyze the relationship between the price variable (given in US dollars) and the square footage variable. You only need to consider the data for ONE state. Use Filters in Excel to select the state of your choosing. You'll want to copy and paste the selected data to a new sheet in the given Excel file or to a brand-new Excel file. Use all real estate properties for your selected state in your analysis. In your analysis, include each of the following: Describe the linear relationship between the two variables (positive? Negative? Neither? Weak? Strong?). Make sure to identify the independent variable and the dependent variable. Provide the correlation coefficient. Provide an appropriate graphical representation of your data. Be sure to label your graph and include it with your written portion. Provide a linear model that predicts the dependent variable using the independent variable
