The flow rate of water is 1.1kg/s. Consider: Latent heat {hy of steam at atmospheric pressure =2257kJ/kg C2 of water =4.187kJ/kgK. Correction factor F=1. The heat capacity rate of steam (Cp rim)to be maximum for phase changing fluid (steam). Use LMTD and NTU methous. Sketch the T-x diagram. Calculate: a. The rate of condensation of steam, b.
