Theko recently signed a contract of employment with Daisies Day-care Centre. She is extremely grateful for the work opportunity as she had been unemployed since completing matric three years earlier. She is not concerned about the stipulation in her contract that she will not be entitled to maternity leave as she assumes that, should she become a mother in future, she will be permitted to take her child to work with her and, therefore, she happily signed it. She feels that she will be taking care of babies and toddlers during the day and that one more child will not make a difference
