There are an abundance of abandoned trash and debris in America.

Elements:Laziness, neglect, carelessness

Issues:People of all ages in America producing high levels of waste without care for impact or carbon footprint. Easier for people to toss their trash or let it blow away than hold onto it and dispose of it properly.

Questions:Do most people learn the impacts of each piece of trash or plastic that is left undisposed of? Do people understand their impact or carbon footprint? Should cameras be used to enforce littering and dumping laws?

-Identify and briefly summarize the problem I made above and the system involved, and then describe three clear examples of emergence. In other words, show how the behaviors of the parts of the system in isolation do not lead to the emergent behavior of the system and, thus, how the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
