There are many ethical issues that a security executive will face. Main one I believe is workplace violence! Given new levels of stress, reports of workplace violence have gone up (Darcy, 2007). Workplace violence can be verbal and/or physical. It can come in the form of a threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, and various threatening behavior in the work site (OSHA, 2023). Workplace violence has many negative effects. It can cause trauma, bring low morale, and even physical damage to an individual. This example may not be connected with security management, but it has to do with work violence. An employee at a north Charlotte Wendy's restaurant was charged with murder after he killed one of his co-workers due to an argument (Korynta, 2023). While this is one of the most extreme examples of workplace violence, there are many more examples out there. Methods to stop this can come in many ways. Providing employees with the proper training and support is crucial (Regroup, 2023). This can come in the form of learning how to cope with stress, having meetings, and giving resources to employees to have in hand when they feel stressed. The best way to not have workplace
