There are many government agencies that regulate and maintain safety for our different modes of transportation.

• Chose an agency you want to know more about. THE FAA IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIST
• Describe why you chose that agency (what interested you specifically).
• When was that agency enacted/established?
• What is the purpose of that agency? Ensure you include the mode of transportation (i.e. safety, inspections, enforcement, etc.)? What do they do, why do they do it, where do they do it?
• Describe at least three interesting items/facts about this agency you discovered.
