There are many people that purchase units condominiums either as their primary homes or for investments. However, they do not understand what they are actually purchasing, and the fees pertaining to the common areas. Many people complain about their HOAs for large fees and foreclosures on missed monthly maintenance payments and fees. Would you change the law to help owners of condominium units against overreaching HOAs? How about limits on board members not being residents of the condominiums?
