There are many ways to classify people, but the trick is to find something that all people share alike in one way or another, that can be broken down individually. When it comes to day-to-day activities, rather at home, at work, or even in a recreational setting, we all have a certain set of qualities that can easily be plugged into any situation. We have leaders, followers, and loners in everything that we do. A leader in a traditional sense is essentially the one that everyone looks to for direction and is often the one that is given the accomplishment on a successful task but is also the one that everyone looks at when a nonachievement occurs. Followers are the leader's right hand and may not get the credit that the leader would get but is the one responsible for completing the tasks assigned from the leader and can also be responsible for critical input that leads to succession.
