There are several approaches to studying communication in organizations, from interpretive, traditionalist, and critical-interpretative approaches. Analyze the similarities and differences between these approaches and describe the results. Please give a brief description of which approach we most identify with and explain why that approach feels like the one we are most aligned with and why we feel that way.
