There are still many who would argue that organizations should look at the business case and identify the value, then compare it to an IT solution before considering any Robotic Process Automation. What are your thoughts, should companies choose between whether to deploy RPA or implement an IT solution without software robots instead? And can you think of a case or a business/social environment where an IT solution without RPA would work better? And why?
