One for measurements that accurate but not precise, another for data that is precise but not accurate, and a third graph for data that is both accurate and precise. Draw a similar graph for data that is neither accurate nor precise. You can do this with MS-Paint, MS-Powerpoint or any appropriate computerized utility, or you can draw it manually and keep it with these notes.
