There are three parts to this problem. Use Excel to perform the following.

a$.$ Complete the chart using Excel's IF function will display "Close" if the actual measure is within $10\%$ of the target, "Far" if the actual measure

measures more than $50\%$ of the target, and "Moderate" if the actual measure is between $10\%$ and $50\%$ of the target. Use conditional

formatting to display yellow text and shading if 'Moderate', green text and shading if 'Close', and red text and shading if 'Far'.

b$.$ Create four combo charts, one for each perspective. Graph the data for one line on the primary vertical axis, and the data for the other line

on the secondary vertical axis. Include a descriptive chart title, axes labels, and properly formatted axes in the chart. Internal Business Process Perspective Learning and Growth Perspective

c$.$ Discuss whether the restaurant is meeting targets, going in the right direction, or doing poorly for each of the perspectives.
