There are two deliverables in this phase of the project: a detailed scope management plan, and an initial Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project based on the parameters set in your project charter. The scope management plan should at least include a product or service scope description; acceptance criteria for the product, service or result; and a detailed account of all the project deliverables in a table format with due dates. You should also discuss the project boundaries in your organization, constraints and assumptions for this type of project. The second deliverable for this phase is to provide an initial Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project based on the parameters described in the scope statement and project charter. You do not need to assign task dependencies, durations, and personnel at this point. However, you must provide notes with each element of your WBS using ProjectLibre (OpenProj). This WBS is the basis for all the work that will need to be completed in your project. Please be sure to provide a comprehensive account
