There is a development of 100 sites that three builders have bought sites in. About 50 of the sites have been improved and sold. The last 10 properties have sold at $650,000 and there are 3 houses currently available to be sold at $650,000. Because of deed restrictions all the homes are virtually identical. Developer C has had problems with his subcontractors and his end cost is $700,000. He decides that he will sell his house at $750,000 to pass the over runs on to the purchaser.
