There is a lot going on in the world right now regarding: the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, two wars in the world, inflation and economic worry, homelessness, human rights, substance abuse, mass shottings, etc. (to name a few). Please explain a current crisis you have chosen, and the role of a leader in this situation, and speak to some of the qualities/characteristics people look for in leaders at a time like this. (It would help if you shared an example of a current leader)
