There is a research that studies the learning experience of online students in an online school, and in-person students in an in-person school. When recruiting the samples that represent the populations from both schools (online and in-person), should the researcher select schools with similar number of students?Or can he recruit a sample from an online school with 10,000 enrolled students, and a sample from an in-person school with 30,000 enrolled students?
