There is a school of thought from some people that are fairly critical of the ECONOMIC relationship between the US and the poor countries of the Third World. These folks feel that we need to have a moral obligation to lead in helping to reduce poverty in the Third World. Do you feel we have a moral obligation here and, if so, what should we do about it?
