There was no obvious competition for EsCo Ltd in the exclusively organic market and some financial benefit as the new company would sub-contract its sourcing and logistics work to EsCo. Allen and Edith appointed a full-time CEO to run Free and Simple Ltd so that the new business would not interfere with their duties at EsCO. In addition, Free and Simple Ltd has created new jobs in an area of high unemployment. The other directors at EsCo have only recently discovered that Allen and Edith are the owners of Free and Simple Ltd. They are now considering what action the Board of EsCo should take.
