Think about a widely-recognized individual that you believe is a transformational leader. This person can be from business, sports, politics, entertainment or another industry, past or present. Find two articles about this person that relate to his/her leadership from credible sources. Then, complete the following steps.

1. Explain why you selected this leader for the assignment.
2. Provide the links to the two articles that you reviewed. What sources were the articles from? Why do you believe these sources are credible?
3. List and briefly describe the four behaviors of transformational leaders (using content from the textbook or lecture).
4. Now, provide examples from the articles you read of how the leader you selected displayed each of these behaviors. Were certain behaviors easier or more challenging to identify?
5. What is one specific action you could take in the next month to become more like the leader you identified?
