1. Do you believe that one of these elements are more important than the others? Explain by providing a personal example.
2. Think about your educational career and your current school and teachers, perhaps. Identity elements of the psychological contract you have with your school. Attempt to identify as many internal elements for yourself as the student and for your school, as the educator. What do you provide, and what does your school provide? Provide specific examples.
3. Proofread carefully for spelling, grammar and paragraph structure. If you have researched anything, be sure to include a bibliography.
