1. Think about the triple constraint triangle. Now think about a project you have recently completed. This could be a homework project, cooking something or painting a room. Any project should work. In a few sentences, a good list or a graphic state how the scope/quality, schedule/time, and cost/resources for the project were related. Discuss or list how the changes in one of these, one side of the triangle, affected the others.
