think I have a clearer idea of what my project is going to be, and what I need to do to complete it successfully. The work part of it has not been entirely hard, it's just a matter of finding the time to complete everything. As far as my team, we have met for our weekly meeting, and I am very happy to be able to converse with them during the scheduled meetings. We still have not been able to meet outside of that, but I did meet Emily during the session this past week, and she informed me that her niche aligned very well with mine, and that I could contact her if I had any questions, which was extremely helpful. I'm not really growing as a leader right now, but it is becoming easier for me to ask for and receive help from my team members if it is offered.
