Think of a song (love song or otherwise) with lyrics that illustrate at least three of the following brain areas in action:

1. The cortex

2. The hypothalamus

3. The amygdala

4. The ventral striatum

Quote the relevant stanza and clearly explain how it relates to each brain region. the most important part of this assignment will be your explanations.

No need to worry about censoring them or offending me - I fully understand that these lyrics might get a little PG-13 given some of the brain areas in question. As long as they come from actual published songs from established record labels (not a bizarre demo your cousin's friend put out on Soundcloud) you should be good.
