Think of an example where you used an ineffective nonverbal. Maybe you pointed the wrong way, rolled your eyes in a conversation, came in late for a meeting, etc. 1. What could you have done differently to make the communication more effective, both in the setting and in future conversations? 2. Analyze how the ineffective nonverbal impacted that conversation (what happened because of it) and how it could affect future conversations with that person. Remember communication is fluid and dynamic and each communication instant builds on another and continues to shape the relationship.
