Think of any project you've worked on with a team that consisted ofat least two people. This could be a work-related project, a volunteer project, or even a home or class project (although the latter two could make it difficult to respond to some of the questions below). Alternatively, you can either look around on the Web to find a real-world project to use, or you could even make up a fictional project.

1. Provide a brief (one to three sentence) description of the project and your involvement. If you use a project you find on the Web, cite your source, and if you create a fictional project, say so and then describe your fictional role on the project team.
2. Discuss the project in terms of the three main project constraints described in this week's video. Which of the three constraints did you prioritize as most important? Which were you willing to compromise? Why? (Scope, Cost, Time).
3. Who were the stakeholders and why was the project important to them?
4. Was the project a success?
