Ask the client these five questions and make a note of their answers. These questions can relate to specific instances or general performance (for example, a question about how you handled their complaint, a question about how you communicated with them or a question about how you responded to their needsL Once you have spoken with the client, you should then work alone to assess the feedback you have gained.
