What factors would make this industry "attractive" or "unattractive" for you to enter? I am interested in you making the case for either assessment, and which you think is the more likely and why.

As part of your answer, please apply relevant elements of PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces $($P$5)$ as well as more general factors impact industry attractiveness.

Be sure to discuss PESTEL and P$5$ in context of the Global Challenge game only, with an emphasis on Porter's Five Forces. I$\text{'}$m not interested in a generic description of these tools generically, nor as applies to the current smart phone market. But I still want to see you apply all five forces in context as best you can, making reasonable inferences but starting with the facts and market outlooks of the Global Challenge game. Additionally, please discuss the concept of "customer switching costs" as well. Are switching costs likely to be high or low? Explain your answer. What would be the impact of high or low switching costs on a new entrant as well as incumbent competitors?
