1. At the outset of this course we discussed that the rule of law within the United States is one of the driving factors for both domestic and foreign investment. Do you think the way in which the TikTook deal is being handled reassures companies to invest in the U.S markets? Why or why not?

2. More and more citizens throughout the world engage with ostensibly free phone and computer applications. While there is no charge, per say, consumer data is mined through the app. then monetized later. If we are indeed the product, and not the customer, should our data be regulated when it crosses international boarders, much like other goods? If so, how might that be done?
