This assessment involves completing two case studies.
Case Study #1 is about Contract Law and is due Sunday at 11:59 pm of Week 05.
Case Study #2 is about Beverage & Alcohol Law and is due Sunday at 11:59 pm of Week 10.
Note: Case studies can be done in pairs (max 2 people). Both names and student number must be on the submission document. Only one person needs to submit on behalf of the team.
Weight
10% of the final grade for each case study for a total of 20%

Individual
Purpose:
6.0 Describe and recognize the purpose of a contract.
7.0 Recognize a major and/or minor breach of contract and what type of damages/remedies might apply.
Submission
Please submit your individual case study assessment to the Assignment (Dropbox) under Assessment in the top navigation bar. Submit to the Contract Law Case Study #1 and Beverage & Alcohol Case Study #2 folders.
Ensure that your name and student number is on the assessment. Please always keep a copy of your work.
Description
This assessment must be completed in a word document.
Each question must be answered individually, within the same word document.
Each question is worth 2.5% of the total mark for four questions and 3.33% for 3 questions.
Marks will be assigned based on the rubric below.
All unanswered questions will receive a mark of zero.
