This assessment requires you to implement two ofthe innovation tools recommended in Task 1, for example any two of: o brainstorming - concept maps 0 creative thinking matrix . DeBono tools (e.g. six hats) . foresight tools . Kirton Adaptation Innovation Inventory . mindmapping (Buzan) . nominal group technique - scenario analysis. Produce and provide all the required resources to implement the tool. Apply your own personal leadership style, making adjustments as required, in order to ensure the success of the activity. Once you have lead the activity, summarise the purpose of the exercise, the participants (roles and contributions), the problem being addressed, barriers encountered and solutions to overcome any barriers, and the outcome of the activity.
