This assessment will be conducted in the RGIT classroom in a simulated work environment with access to the resources listed above. 2. Your assessor will form you into a group with two other students. 3. You will each take turns playing the role of the Finance Manager for BizOps Enterprises and perform the following tasks with the other two students who will play the roles of finance officers. a) Circulate the budget to the finance officers, where you will verbally explain to make sure that the budget follows reporting requirements and meeting financial obligations b) Communicate the recommendations in the report to the finance officers 4. You are to use the preliminary budgets for the financial year 2017-18, prepared in Part A Task 4 for task a) and the report making recommendations on financial management, prepared in Part A Task 6 for task b). 5. You are also required to gather feedback from the group through an evaluation form (attached peer review form) to ensure the explanation was clear. 6. Your assessor will complete the Observation Checklist to record your communication and interaction skills during each roleplay, including when you are playing the role of finance officer. 7. It is expected that each role play will take approximately 20 minutes. 8. Please ensure you review the Observation Checklist before you commence your training session so that you are fully prepared and know exactly what is expected of you. 9. Please submit the completed Observation Checklist and Peer Review Form(s) as evidence of this task. 10. At the completion of the roleplays, both the student and the assessor are required to sign and date the Observation Checklist, verifying that they acknowledge the outcome for this assessment task and have been provided with feedback from the assessor.
