You will still play the role of the new Call Centre Representative, your Trainer will play the role of the Call Centre Manager and the roles of colleagues and customers will be played by fellow students. Your Trainer/Assessor will observe you completing these tasks and assess you against the criteria in the checklist below. Part A Now that you have completed the induction program, your manager has allocated you a work station and given you the following tasks to complete. 1. Set up your work station ensuring that you are following the requirements in the OH&S policy and procedure.2. Ask one of your colleagues to do a mock call with you so you can practice how to answer calls from customers. Your colleague can play the role of the customer. You can also do this the other way around. While doing the mock session, ask your colleague questions that will help you better understand your responsibilities in your role.
