This assignment is designed so that you can apply the concepts in Module 1 or Module 2 of our course - that is characteristics of young markets and technology, ambidexterity, disruptive technologies, innovation streams, and corporate entrepreneurship. Start by finding an article in the business or popular press that discusses how a firm implemented an innovation where you see that one or more of our concepts is relevant. The article should discuss how this innovation effort was designed and led, as opposed to just describing the strategic and marketing aspects as can sometimes happen. The firm may have implemented the innovation well or poorly - for instance, you could choose an innovation that should have been implemented through an ambidextrous approach, but wasn't.

To write the answer, first, summarize the article or provide a link to it if it is publicly available. Then, use at least half of the allowed words to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the firm's implementation. Put another way, describe what the firm did right, what it could have done better, and what you would have done differently. You have all the freedom to focus in on where the article provides you with information; that is, an excellent analysis could apply ONE of those concepts (e.g., corporate entrepreneurship) or it could apply more than one.
