Furthermore, you will provide a brief background of the company and address how the company is being managed. If you have never used WRDS before you will need to make an account using your university email. WRDS accounts require manual approval to register. Do not procrastinate on setting up your WRDS account! A separate file is included with instructions on how to set up the account.
