This assignment is to expand a certain industry sector into a foreign market (country). Each group would act as a president of the multinational/transnational corporation. The proposal should reflect the lessons learned from this class and seek to demonstrate new opportunities and problems that need to be overcome to achieve success in expanding into the selected foreign market. Each individual needs to make the business proposal mentioning the following points:

4. Describe political and legal risk as well as cultural difference in your chosen foreign country

5. Explain any favorable attributes for the sector in your chosen foreign country

6. Select preferred entry mode (s), provide 3 reasons of the entry modes, and address problems anticipated after entry

7. Provide marketing strategy (including foreign exchange issues) and sale forecast with the first 5 years is preferable/optional
