Casc Strity:
You are hired to design the revenux cycle both Sales and Cash Receips for a fastfood restaurant. The restaurant has decided to develop an integrated system which allaws its customers to order food direstly from the restwuran's mobile application once downiloaded and installed in the customers' smartphones. Customers can pay through the mobile app using only credit cards. The food ordering mobile application is integrated with the company's server. The app is smart enough to detect the customer's location actually the smartphone's location by locating the customer's smartphone; and the onder placed cannot be checked out and paid for until the smartphone is near the restarant, Once an order is paid using a credit card through the mobile app, it will be saved immediately to the integrated Sales Order and Cash Receipts systems at the server side. You don't have to worry about the order being returned for this design of the systens, but you do need to consider the following two new functionalities of the system:
Reward points, Customers eam reward points for every dollar they spend on their orders, for example, earn points per dollar. Once a custamer accumulates enough points, the customer can pay for certain food items using a certain number of points. So the points in customers' accounts are treated as a type of cash which is spendable in the restaurant to buyexchange food.
Special coupons, Through the mobile app, the restaurant will issue various coupons to their customers from time to time. Each coupon has its validity period and can be used only dufing thst period. The coupon can only be used through the custonsts' mobile app. That means only registered customers can use the coupons and employees at the restaurant don't have any privilege to use any coupons even they know the coupon codes. Also, each coupon ean only be used ance for the same period of validity.
You will create a system flowchart to model your design of this Sales Order and Cash Reccipts system. The management of the restaurant asks you to have proper controls to preveat all possible frauds including employees stealing customers' points or coupons, and employees awarding points to certain customers friends, relatives, efe. by mistake or by purposes.

Discuss the controls you have put into consideration when you design the system. Consider both application controls ie input controls, processing controls and output controls and relevant physical controls.
