For this assignment, we have research the benefits and risks, from a legal perspective, associated with a hospital employing CNMs for a Labor and Delivery unit.

The executive summary should include a recommendation to either employ or not employ certified nurse midwives (CNMs) within the hospital's Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit.
